Fabulous Friends Club was the idea of Finn O’Malley in 2010 when he realized that some kids in his own neighborhood would go hungry on the weekends. He, age 10 at the time and his brothers, then ages 12 and 7 mobilized their school to begin a backpack program.

Currently 80 children in the St. Paul school district are assisted with this program through the help of dozens of volunteers and students that organize, pack and deliver backpacks each week.
